Diets This bubbly grapefruit drink is so refreshing to serve along with your main dish!
Prepare the syrup before, so not much work is left to prepare before serving.
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 cups cold water
1 and 1/2 cups grapefruit juice
1 bottle of seltzer (1 liter)
1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
ice cubes, to serve
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook until sugar has dissolved, add grapefruit juice.
Transfer mixture in container, or jug refrigerated for about a half hour, or until ready to use.
Add seltzer ice cubes and grapefruit slices before serving.
