16 ounces chopped romaine lettuce
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 cucumber, diced
15 ounces Gefen Black Olives, halved
8 sesame flatbreads, broken into shards
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Glicks Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Right before serving, toss the salad with dressing to taste. (You will have extra dressing.)
