This delicious flat bread can serve as an elegant appetizer at a dairy meal or a fun twist on pizza night!
1 naan bread
small handful of spinach
1 marinated artichoke, sliced
2 tablespoons Gefen Olives, sliced
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1-2 sundried tomatoes, chopped
5 baby tomatoes, sliced
vegetarian hot dogs, sliced
balsamic glaze (I used Tuscanini)
zaatar
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread a bit of spinach over naan bread. Top with mixture of artichokes, olives, cheese, tomatoes and vegetarian hot dogs.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until spinach has wilted and cheese has melted.
Garnish with zaatar and drizzle on balsamic glaze.
