Are you missing summer's warm rays and languid days? These chicken patties will bring a bit of sunshine back into your kitchen when you serve them on buns with a little fried onion and tomato.

Start Cooking


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  2. Shape into small patties.

Fry or Bake

  1. Fry in hot oil on both sides until deep golden in color.

  2. Patties can also be baked: Grease baking pan with four tablespoons of oil. Place patties into pan, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes on each side.
