1 cup rice
3 cups water
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons parve chicken soup mix
1 pound frozen vegetables, such as Beleaves Frozen Broccoli Florets
Combine rice, water, and seasonings.
Place into a nine- x 13-inch pan. Bake covered at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables and bake for additional 30 minutes.

The rice came out yummy. I added 3 cups of veggies, and felt there could be a bit more. Also, I wasn’t sure that the rice needed the soup mix, or the soy sauce, once it had the veggies. I plan on making this rice again, with a few changes (no soup mix, less soy, more veggies). Overall, a great, basic recipe.
does it have to be gefen soya sauce, and can i make it without the frozen vegetables?
No, you can use any soy sauce brand you like. Sure, you can leave them out or substitute with other frozen veggies.
