1/2 a medium cabbage, shredded (1 pound)
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup rice
1 green pepper, diced
1 (15-ounce) can Gefen Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
Sauté cabbage in oil for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
