Flourless, Sugar-Free Healthy Cookies

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.

2.

In a bowl, combine oats, tahini, silan, and nuts. Roll mixture into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.

3.

Bake 10–15 minutes. Let cool and store in an airtight container.

Notes:

Freeze cookies for up to 2 months; thaw at room temperature, then drizzle with chocolate and add nuts before serving.
