Yield: about 20
1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup tahini paste, such as Haddar Baracke
1/4 cup silan, such as Heaven & Earth Date Syrup
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
In a bowl, combine oats, tahini, silan, and nuts. Roll mixture into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 10–15 minutes. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
