Diets I love this recipe because hazelnut has such a different flavor than peanuts and cashews and almonds so it’s fun to switch up your nut butters sometimes! Totally flourless which is a plus. Just a different and fun cookie.
1 egg
1 cup natural hazelnut butter
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup Health Garden Agave Syrup
3 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
melted chocolate
Scoop onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
When cool, drizzle with melted chocolate!
