Use this mayonnaise to create a huge variety of dipping sauces and salad dressings. This recipe is so easy and uses an immersion blender. Thanks to Miriam Klitenick for sharing! Yield: 1 and 1/2 cups
1 egg
1 cup Gefen Walnut Oil
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Salt
Add the egg, oil, lemon juice, and salt to a tall, round one-liter (32-ounce) plastic container.
Place an immersion blender inside and turn it to the highest setting. Blend for six seconds, then start moving the blender up and down in slow motion, for about one minute, until the oil is fully combined.
