Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 8 slices bread

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

Prepare the French Toast

1.

Soak bread in milk for a few minutes.

2.

Remove bread (do not squeeze the milk).

3.

Mix together eggs and sugar. Dip the bread in this mixture.

4.

Fry bread in hot oil until brown on both sides.

Notes:

For savory palettes, use salt instead of sugar.
