Fresh and Tangy Salad with Dairy Cucumber Dressing

A refreshing salad of crispy greens is always the perfect accompaniment to any party or heavier meal. This low-fat dressing can also double as a dip for crudités and is even great as a dip for tortillas or ruffled chips. Yup, I tried it!

Start Cooking

Prepare Salad

  1. Grate the cucumber in a food processor or with a box grater into a fine shred.

  2. Place all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well until combined.

  3. Pour over salad ingredients immediately before serving.
