Diets I make this fruit juice for my kids, and they love it. It’s full of vitamins and no sugars or colorings.
oranges
apples and/or carrots
peaches
apples or watermelon
Juice your first fruit. You want to obtain about one and a half cups of juice (half of the total you are trying to obtain). I use four oranges to get this amount. For example. I put a large glass measuring cup under the juicer and just keep going until I reach the amount.
Then, juice your second fruit. I do this right into my measuring cup. Keep going until you see you’re getting to the total you wanted.
