Yield: 1 serving
1 inch ginger root, sliced thinly
juice of 1 lemon (or 3 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice)
1 teaspoon Heaven & Earth Raw Honey
Add ginger to your favorite mug and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then stir in lemon juice and honey.
