Ingredients

Fresh Ginger Tea

  • 1 inch ginger root, sliced thinly

  • juice of 1 lemon (or 3 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice)

Directions

Add ginger to your favorite mug and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then stir in lemon juice and honey.
