If you eat burgers often try swapping them once in a while for this salmon patty and eat to your health.

Prepare the Salmon Patties

  1. In a food processor, combine salmon, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, mustard, and lime zest. Pulse to chop and combine until a coarse mixture is formed. 

  2. Form four patties and place on a greased baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight.

  3. Cook burgers on a preheated grill for 12 to 15 minutes per side. Remove from grill and let rest for five minutes.

  4. Place each burger on a whole wheat bun with a few watercress leaves, one tablespoon Wasabi Mayo, and a few radish slices.
