Diets If you eat burgers often try swapping them once in a while for this salmon patty and eat to your health.
1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons cilantro or 6 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Cilantro
2 teaspoons Glicks Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons grainy mustard
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
4 whole wheat buns, split
1/2 cup watercress
4 tablespoons Wasabi mayo
2 radishes, thinly sliced
In a food processor, combine salmon, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, mustard, and lime zest. Pulse to chop and combine until a coarse mixture is formed.
Form four patties and place on a greased baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight.
Cook burgers on a preheated grill for 12 to 15 minutes per side. Remove from grill and let rest for five minutes.
Place each burger on a whole wheat bun with a few watercress leaves, one tablespoon Wasabi Mayo, and a few radish slices.
