Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 ounces salami, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup chickpeas

  • 1/2 cup corn

  • 1 medium potato, thinly sliced

  • 1 chili pepper, cut or whole (optional)

  • 1/4 cup onion, sliced

  • fresh dill

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

  • salt, to taste

  • black pepper, to taste

  • garlic, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Salad and Dressing

1.

Fry separately, the salami, chickpeas, corn, potato slices, and chili pepper.

2.

Arrange in bowl (as shown), add fresh onion and garnish with fresh dill.

3.

Add dressing of your choice.
