These popsicles are absolutely delicious and refreshing on a hot summer day.
2 cups frozen fruit (see note)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1/4 cup whole milk
1-2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla
Blend all ingredients in high power blender until ice cream consistency is achieved. Pour into popsicle molds.
If layering, repeat with remaining flavors.
Freeze for at least six hours.
