Fruit Crumble

Ingredients

Crumble

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • any fruits you choose (my favorite combos are strawberry and rhubarb, or apples and cherry pie filling, or apple, peach and blueberry)

Directions

Prepare the Fruit Crumble

1.

Mix all crumble ingredients together in a bowl.

2.

Spread half onto the bottom of an oven proof dish.

3.

Put your choice of fruits above the crumbs and top with remaining crumbs.
