Diets Submitted by FraidyKlang This is a fruit crumble that’s great for the Friday night meal. I always switch up which fruits I use.
3/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
any fruits you choose (my favorite combos are strawberry and rhubarb, or apples and cherry pie filling, or apple, peach and blueberry)
Mix all crumble ingredients together in a bowl.
Spread half onto the bottom of an oven proof dish.
Put your choice of fruits above the crumbs and top with remaining crumbs.
