Easy and fast to make with just orange juice, milk and strawberries this is going to be your new go to breakfast when you’re on the run. Whether you make this fruity shake for breakfast or just a as a drink, it’s light, refreshing, and an awesome boost to your day.
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 egg (optional; use a pasteurized egg or pasteurize yourself)
1/2 cup milk
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
