Diets This is a super-easy dessert or appetizer. I serve it in martini glasses topped with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprig of mint leaves.
1 liter apricot nectar (I used the Spring brand)
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 cup pareve sour cream
10 ouncesĀ frozen strawberries
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve chilled.

although cantaloupe is not my conventional fruit for blending.This was delicious!
