Diets By Chanie Nayman This recipe has a lot of depth of flavor from the small amount of coconut, the honey, and the nutmeg. It takes this granola to the next level!
4 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup sweetened coconut, shredded
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup Gefen Honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup water
handful dried blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a lined 9×13-inch baking pan.
Bake uncovered for an hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
