By Chanie Nayman This recipe has a lot of depth of flavor from the small amount of coconut, the honey, and the nutmeg. It takes this granola to the next level!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut, shredded

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

  • 1/3 cup Gefen Honey

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract

Directions

Prepare Granola

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

2.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a lined 9×13-inch baking pan.

3.

Bake uncovered for an hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

Variation:

If you like a chunkier and crunchier granola, you can use a bit more oil.
