Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce (225-gram) bag pre-checked coleslaw mix

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, regular or avocado-based, homemade or store-bought

  • juice of 1/2 an orange

  • juice of 1/4 pink grapefruit

  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon pink salt or sea salt

  • 2–4 tablespoons Gefen Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Coleslaw

1.

Combine all dressing ingredients and massage into cabbage.

2.

Marinate in the fridge overnight. The longer it sits, the better!

Excellent recipe! Classic cole slaw is just too sweet and heavy after experiencing this. I don’t put in any sweetener, but the fruit juices add just enough of it. This is easy and delicious!
