A simple recipe for creamy, crunchy, classic coleslaw.
16 ounces cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
5 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar (use gluten-free if needed)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Combine ingredients for dressing. Pour over cabbage and carrots and mix well. Chill.
