This delicious garlic bread pasta is a family favorite! It’s so simple to put together and its taste and texture is amazing, making it a winner for a weeknight dinner.
12 ounces Heaven and Earth Brown Rice Rotini
1 stick butter
3 cloves garlic, minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Parsley
3/4 cup bread crumbs of your choice (can be gluten free)
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat until melted fully. Add the minced garlic and let it sauté for five minutes on a low heat. Add the heavy cream and the spices and mix well. Stir in the bread crumbs and let it toast for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
Add the pasta to the pot and toss to coat completely.
Serve warm.
