Diets This is the perfect salmon for when you want something easy and light. It’s simple and fresh, making it perfect for both entertaining and everyday suppers.
4 slices salmon
2 tablespoons dried or fresh parsley
4 cloves garlic, minced or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Haddar Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
lemon slices (optional)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
Line a cookie sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper or foil. Place salmon slices on the pan and evenly spoon the mixture onto the top and sides of each piece. Place one lemon slice on top of each piece of salmon, if desired.
Bake in preheated oven for around 15 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
