Can be used as a side dish, or add cheese and make a veggie-pizza. Quick and yummy come-home snack that will keep everyone happy until dinner is ready.

Ingredients

Garlic Focaccia

  • 3 tablespoons fresh or 1 tablespoon dried oregano, such as Gefen Oregano

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional Toppings

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup pieces canned mushroom

Directions

Prepare the Garlic Focaccia

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Place crust on baking sheet (or pizza stone) coated with cooking spray; brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with basil and oregano.

3.

Top with garlic, Parmesan, and any optional toppings.

4.

Bake for 12 minutes or until browned. Cut into wedges and serve.
