Ingredients

garlic perciatelli with mixed peppers

  • 1 bag frozen mixed peppers

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • fresh garlic, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 box perciatelli or bucatini

Directions

Prepare the Garlic Perciatelli With Mixed Peppers

Prepare pasta until soft, about 11 minutes once boiling. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.

Sauté sliced garlic and mixed peppers in pan, with two teaspoons garlic salt. Once finished, mix pasta in well and combine. Serve warm.
