Perfect as a side or vegan main dish.
1 bag frozen mixed peppers
3 tablespoons olive oil
fresh garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 box perciatelli or bucatini
Prepare pasta until soft, about 11 minutes once boiling. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
Sauté sliced garlic and mixed peppers in pan, with two teaspoons garlic salt. Once finished, mix pasta in well and combine. Serve warm.
