Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • scallions, diced

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Pasta

1.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.

2.

While still warm, add olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic cubes. Mix well until all frozen garlic cubes are dissolved.

3.

Add parsley flakes, sun-dried tomatoes, scallions, salt, and pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Tips:

Add small cubes of cooked chicken to this spaghetti to turn it into a one-dish meal.

Notes:

If you are using sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, reduce the amount of olive oil used in the recipe proportionately.
