1 (16-ounce) package whole-wheat spaghetti
1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
8 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
3 scallions, diced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
While still warm, add olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic cubes. Mix well until all frozen garlic cubes are dissolved.
Add parsley flakes, sun-dried tomatoes, scallions, salt, and pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature.
