For years, I was looking for an oatmeal cookie that tasted like an oatmeal cookie should- yummy, cinnamon-y and wholesome. Most oatmeal cookie recipes were just glorified chocolate chip cookies with some oats thrown in. Finally after much searching and some tweaking, this margarine-free, yummy recipe was born. Anyone who tastes it, asks for the recipe. Hope you enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚
