Ginger-Glazed Salmon

Ginger, mustard, and apricot … wow! A winning combination on this fish.

Directions

Prepare the Salmon

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with oil spray and place fillets in pan.
2. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over fillets.
3. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
