2 pounds salmon fillet, washed well and pin bones removed
1/2 bottle Heaven and Earth Liquid Aminos (about 1/2 cup)
3 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons Heaven and Earth Lemon Juice (or freshly squeezed lemon juice)
2 cubes frozen garlic (or 2 cloves garlic, minced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Pat the salmon dry.
In a small pan or pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one to two minutes.
Add the liquid aminos, honey, and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. Allow the glaze to cook for about two to three minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
Pour the glaze evenly over the salmon fillet, making sure the entire surface is covered. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
After baking, switch the oven to broil on high. Place the salmon under the broiler for about one minute, or until the glaze caramelizes slightly and the edges become golden. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
