Directions
Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
1. Place the sweet potatoes in an eight-inch square baking pan.
2. Combine the potato starch, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add the orange juice and lemon juice. Mix well and pour over the sweet potatoes.
3. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, covered, for one hour, then uncovered for 10 minutes
