Submitted by Fraidy Reisz Most scrumptious “can’t tell it’s gluten free” brownie donuts.
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
5 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt
3/4 cups chocolate chips (60% cacao)
Preheat oven on 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend oats to get fine oat flour- set aside.
In one bowl, beat eggs for 7 minutes.
In a second bowl, beat bananas, almond milk, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine bowls, mix, and add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into mini donut silicon molds.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool, and decorate as desired!
