Start Cooking

Prepare the Beef

  1. Brown beef and onion in oil.

  2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano. Mix well.

  3. Cook uncovered for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Line muffin tins with squares of Gefen Parchment Paper.

  3. Roll one lasagna noodle and place it standing up into a muffin cup.

  4. Fill center of noodle with beef mixture.

  5. Repeat for all noodles.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes.

  7. Top with crispy beef fry.
