Diets Still looking for something quick and easy to make for your mishloach manos? This super-simple chocolate bark is the answer to your dilemma. Break them into perfect squares and stack them in an acrylic container for a neat and classic look, or crack them into smaller pieces, as shown, and you can place them in a cellophane or wax paper bag or any shape box. Seal your box or bag with a bold label or wax seal.
Yield: 35–40 pieces
1 and 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) margarine
1/2 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon salt
12 graham crackers
1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Chocolate Chips
chopped Haddar Pretzels
flaky sea salt, such as Tuscanini
shredded coconut
craisins, such as Gefen
toasted almond slivers
chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt together the margarine, sugar, and salt over low heat.
Arrange the graham crackers on the baking sheet in three rows of four crackers each.
Pour the margarine mixture over the graham crackers. Bake for 12 minutes.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and return to the oven for just 15 seconds.
Spread the chocolate evenly. Sprinkle with the toppings.
