Diets 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
1/3 cup Gefen Honey
4 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/8 cup water
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a lined 9- x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake uncovered for an hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

If the chocolate is put into the mixture and baked in the oven, won’t it melt and get completely mixed in? In order for the chocolate to keep its shape, it is usually added after the granola is baked.
Yes, you’re 100% correct. If you want the granola to be chocolate flavored, you can mix it in with the other ingredients, as the recipe calls for. If you want a ‘regular granola’ with chocolate chunks, you can add the chocolate in after the granola bakes…. or you can do 1/2 of the chocolate in the mixture and 1/2 added after the granola cools.
