Homemade sorbet is not complicated to prepare. This grape juice sorbet is tart and fruity. The banana adds body to the mixture.

Start Cooking

For the Grape Juice Sorbet

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil. 

  2. Freeze overnight. 

  3. Partially thaw and blend well. 

  4. Pour into individual serving cups or plates and freeze.

    Banana substitute?

    This recipe looks great! We love grape juice but can I skip the banana or substitute with something else? Wouldn’t want that taste in it.

    It might come out more like ices than sorbet.

    I would try to use grape juice and orange instead of banana, so it is still a sorbet.

    Banana substitute?

    This recipe looks great! We love grape juice but can I skip the banana or substitute with something else? Wouldn’t want that taste in it.
