12 ounces light beer, any brand
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Sea Salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon dried dill, such as Gefen Dill
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup black olives or Tuscanini Kalamata Olives, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a nine-inch loaf pan.
Combine the dry ingredients and then add the beer and combine until mixed through. Put the bread dough into the loaf pan and evenly drizzle the olive oil over the top of the dough.
Bake 45-50 minutes until the bread is cooked through and the top of the bread is golden brown.
