Diets I absolutely LOVE the combination of feta and zaatar. It’s delicious eaten plain together, or mixed into salads and dips, but when cooked into this sheet pan dish it’s just next level. It gives a warm, delicious, cheesy, full-of-flavor bang with every bite without feeling heavy.
1 package Tuscanini Mini Gnocchi, cooked according to package
1 large red onion, sliced
1 large red pepper and 1 large green pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can chickpeas, drained
1 block Taamti Feta
2 tablespoons zaatar
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons honey (optional)
On a large baking sheet, add all your gnocchi and veggie ingredients.
In a bowl, whisk together all the feta mixture ingredients till you get a nice creamy consistency.
Then pour the feta mixture over everything and mix well with your hands.
Spread it all out on the baking sheet and bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.
