Diets This is a very simple recipe that can be prepared ahead of time. It’s light, fresh, and perfect for a summertime meal!
4 cups fresh string beans, halved
3 scallions, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup Tuscanini Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon Haddar Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Gefen Maple Syrup
In a bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together until well combined.
Steam string beans for three to five minutes until bright green but still crunchy, then toss with dressing. Add scallions and bell pepper and mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
