Diets This isn’t a barbecue sauce, it’s a chicken marinade. I can’t get enough of it, so I decided to share it here. Enjoy!
1 bunch fresh, cleaned parsley
1 bunch mint leaves, cleaned
1 bunch basil leaves, cleaned
1 bunch fresh, cleaned dill
1 bunch fresh, cleaned cilantro (optional)
1 cup Tuscanini Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice
8 cloves fresh garlic
1/2 tablespoon Manischewitz Kosher Salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor.
Blend on medium speed until fully combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week.
