Korean-style marinade for boneless chicken thighs.
8 boneless chicken thighs
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Gefen Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken and place in ziploc bag in refrigerator for a half hour and up to four hours.
Preheat gas grill on high. Turn all the burners down to medium. Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.
Place marinated chicken thighs on grill. Cook on one side for approximately four minutes. (You can move the chicken on a 45-degree angle to create lattice grill marks after two minutes). Turn chicken over and grill on second side. Chicken’s internal temperature should read 170 to 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
