Grilled Chicken with Thai Peanut Sauce


This easy grilled chicken is the best – because everything tastes better on a stick! Pair it with a simple zesty and creamy Thai peanut dipping sauce.


Prepare the Chicken

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Heat a grill pan. Skewer the chicken onto sticks and grill for five to six minutes on each side.


You can also cook the chicken in the broiler for about the same amount of time.

Prepare the Peanut Sauce

1. In a medium pot over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Stir until smooth and warmed through. Drizzle over chicken and serve.
