Diets This marinade is simple and basic with just the right amount of flavor to keep grilled chicken a long way from boring. The mayonnaise keeps it soft and juicy while the sesame seeds add a refreshing nuttiness and unexpected burst of originality. Pair this chicken with some grilled corn on the cob and a hearty spoonful of coleslaw, and you’ve got yourself a gorgeous plate.
1 pound (450 grams) chicken cutlets, pounded thin
1/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons Gefen Sesame Seeds
2 scallions, sliced, plus more for garnish
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients (besides the chicken) until a thick marinade is formed. Pour it into a plastic bag together with the chicken. Mix it around to coat the chicken and allow to marinate for at least one hour, up to overnight.
Preheat grill to high heat.
Grill the chicken for two to three minutes on each side. Serve with extra scallions on top.

Hi, if i want to bake this in oven what temperature should i bake it for and for how long?
Hi Leahla,
You can bake it for 15–20 minutes on 375F and then see how it’s doing. To make it crispy you can end off with broiling it for the last few minutes.
Enjoy!
