Grilled squash, tomato, and turkay kabanos skewers over a light salad with creamy, dairy-free Lemon Garlic dressing. This salad makes a beautiful plated appetizer for a sheva brachos or special occasion.

Prepare the Grilled Veggie and Turkey Kabanos Salad

  1. Place cut zucchini on a baking sheet. Mix with salt, pepper, and oil. Broil on high for 15 minutes. 

  2. Slice turkey kabanos, then thread veggies and kabanos through skewers.

  3. Place on top of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onions, sunflower seeds.

  4. Whisk dressing to combine. Drizzle on top of salad.
