Ground Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

Chicken Mixture

  • 1 lg onion

  • 1/4 cup seltzer

  • 1/4 cup corn flakes crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • Squirt of ketchup

  • salt to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • 2 lb dark ground chicken

For Serving

  • Mini wraps

  • Ketchup

  • Mayonnaise

  • Mayonnaise

  • Mustard

Directions

Prepare the Wraps

1.

Sauté onions.

Mix ground chicken with remaining ingredients and then add it to the sautéed onions and cook for 20 min. Keep mixing it that it should crumble

3.

Spread even amount of ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on wrap. Add the ground chicken and roll (first bend in the two sides and then roll)

4.

Bake for 20 min on 400F.
