Halibut in Lemon Dill Sauce

The flavor of this halibut is out of this world! Moist and flaky, the flesh of the fish can be pulled off the bone easily. This recipe makes a very large amount, perfect for a big crowd, or alternatively you can half or quarter the ingredients to make a smaller amount.

Ingredients

Halibut

  • 30 Halibut steaks, split across the bone.

Marinade

Directions

Prepare the Halibut

1.

Combine marinade ingredients and brush over fish slices.

2.

Place in cookie sheets.

3.

Cover loosely with foil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.

Tips:

Serve with twisted lemon slice over parsley sprig. May be served with Dill Dip in tumbler.
