1-2 potatoes, chopped into small pieces
paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
1-3 eggs, beaten
Put the chopped potatoes in an oiled pan and add a sprinkle of paprika, salt, pepper, onion pwder and garlic powder. Keep sautéing and keep covered. Stir every few minutes to make sure the bottoms don’t burn and they get cooked through.
Once mostly soft you can add the eggs and let sit in covered pan until cooked through. Sprinkle some pepper and salt and there you have it! (You can sprinkle some cheese on top if you want, too.) Enjoy!

Heaven!! I changed the recipe around a little. Cooked the potatoes and sweet potatoes(I added) before sauteing them. Was delicious!!
I added sweet potatoes and it was really good.
