Ingredients

Hasselback salami

  • 16oz salami

  • ½ cup apricot jam

  • ¼ cup spicy brown mustard

  • 3 TBSP Brandy

  • 2 TBSP Ketchup

  • 1 TBSP brown sugar

1.

Preheat oven to 400°

2.

add all ingredients except salami and whisk over medium heat until jam is melted and mixture begins to boil and thicken

3.

remove the wrapper from the salami and place a chopstick on either side of the salami

4.

slice into even thin slices with chopsticks making sure you don’t cut all the way through

5.

generously apply sauce to salami making sure to get between slices

6.

Bake approximately 45min basting every 10-15min until salami is browned and crispy at edges

7.

serve warm and use leftover sauce for dipping

8.

TIP when salami starts to split open split it in multiple places so it can cook evenly
